Great deals and great staff
Unfortunately very rare to get family deals with MyHotel Break, although helpful to see hotels and go to another website that allows you to book the deal with your family included.Added frustration is once you choose a hotel, you have to enter all details before you get the red message stating that you don't meet the requirements comes up, which really should appear as soon as you enter children in the room requirements.

Love this site and cannot rate highly enough. I have used them on several occasions and each time the process has been flawless. Site is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I recently booked a stay for next year. Upon previewing my itinerary i realised i booked the wrong month. 1 email to the company and the booking was changed with no problems. Customer service appears to be a top priority for them which is a pleasant change these days. Staff are pleasant and very professional
We booked a weekend away to winnock hotel through myhotelbreak and could not fault . . Reservations were fantastic very professional and found me something to suit.considering i was looking to go away the next day .could not fault hotel either . Meals and wine included in such a great deal . Evening entertainment and murder mystery both nights.also you dont pay until you arrive or depart hotel I have used myhotelbreak in the past and will deffinatley use them again . . Karen gibson .
