When I order from this Chinese takeaway, I always get a friendly person taking my order, always gets delivered quickly or at least on time and the food is great. My partner actually can't eat satay sauce from anywhere else now. I have a closer Chinese restaurant to me which isn't bad but prefer Mr. Rice.
Mr Rice has been my regular chinese, been ordering their salt & chilli chicken many many times but the last two orders were simply disgusting (fatty, rough chicken, awful quality), I know other people experienced the same disappointment and did the same as I did tonight: ordered somewhere else. I really like Mr Rice I hope they quickly get back to their usual standards.
We arrived to pick up our food. Took half an hour to prepare still. Staff were very rude and food was cold when we got it. Would recommend going elsewhere.
Salt and chilli chicken and salt and chilli chips is the best I've had anywhere 1st class munch! Try the Breast of chicken chowmein instead of the normal chicken chowmein and you won't be disappointed
