Usually pleased with manzil but very disappointed last night. Ordered some buffet platters for a 50th birthday party - failed to deliver on time and after 20mins late we phoned to chase up the order and was told it would be another 15-20mins. Cancelled order in disgust leaving some very hungry party guests.
After living in Glasgow you see just how much the Manzil rips off the people of Strathaven, large prices for small portions, was discusted to find out the 7.50 pizza I paid for wasn't even fresh, a frozen pizza base with some cheese and onion thrown on top, 20 years ago the manzil was decent. Same with Chinese places 40% more expensive just because they all price the same and get away with it
Always had excellent service from the Manzil but tonight is a disappointment. Ordered via just eat and was told deluvwr at 1745. Irs now 1810. I called at 1800 and someone told me that the reason my order was late is becaus3 she pressed a wrong button- no apology - no niceness - customer service tonight severely lacking.
